Job Description: Ensure the quality of store construction projects, controls the timing commitments, cost and quality of new store construction and new store renovation Plan & coordinate all aspects of construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and various vendors related to constructing or renovating stores Reviews and pre-approves construction terms of reference and project plans for use as a common reference point for all bidding contractors. Oversees all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations Communicates project status of all construction projects to all stakeholders
