Job Description:
? Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items, including meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and sauces.
? Follow recipes and cooking techniques as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
? Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
? Monitor food temperatures during cooking and ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate level of doneness
