2. Overseeing financial settlements, cheque withdrawal & issuance tax invoices.
3. Audit reconciled bank statements, receipt vouchers & tax invoices.
4. Ensuring correctness of received invoices from suppliers and ensuring on-time settlement of payments
5. Monitors tenant outstanding issues.
1. Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
2. A minimum of eight years of relevant UAE experience
3. Knowledgeable with accounting software
4. Expert in Windows applications and possesses good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
5. Ideally with experience in the real estate sector
