• Implement revenue optimization strategies to increase the earning potential for signed content creators within the SNAP Shows platform.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by actively engaging with content creators and exploring new avenues for revenue generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective partnership strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging content creators, and audio and video content developments.
• Analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with content creators, ensuring a positive and collaborative partnership experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in business development within the content creation industry, focusing on signing, podcasts, and video producers.
