Job description -
1. Extremely aggressive Sales persona, who has a proven track record, have worked
in a target-driven sales environment, promoting the Company brand image,
products and services.
2. Study and evaluate market, geographics, competitors and create Sales strategies
and plans.
3. Consistent and effective Client engagement by regular visits, understanding
needs and anticipating new market opportunities.
4. Identify Sales, Goals, Targets and Plans.
5. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding
Client requirements, identifying market trends, suggesting and implementing
system, improvements to achieve/exceed Marketing and Sales goals
6. Effectively communicate with team to ensure goals and targets are achieved
consistently.
7. Engage and manage Clients and key accounts.
8. To analyse and review sales data and make actionable decisions based on them
to set sales goals.
9. Conduct in-depth research of the market and customers to identify prospects
and partnerships
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the advertising or media industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of advertising products, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Fluent in English
