We are looking for Arab Syrian experienced (multi-tasking) female marketing and secretarial staff who will play an integral role in business and other organizational environments.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, able to manage a variety of marketing and communications activities to enhance brand vision and achieve business goals.

Main Duties and responsibilities:

  • Developing advertising campaigns
  • Market research
  • Manage marketing budget
  • Establish beneficial pricing strategies
  • Capturing marketing insights
  • Conducting promotional activities
  • Conducting customer and market research
  • Managing the company's online profile and social media platforms.

Other Duties and responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication English skills.
  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Organizing and distributing messages.
  • Maintaining company schedules.
  • Organizing documents and files.
  • Greeting business clients and guests.
  • Documenting financial information.
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
  • Scheduling meetings and conferences.
  • Assisting executives with project tasks.
  • Supervising staff and new employees.
  • Implementing administrative procedures.
  • Have to play key role in marketing the products.
  • Publish recruitment advertisements according to company policy.
