Job Description:
- Take proactive control of overseeing all culinary operations across branches with effective supervision.
- Conduct daily inspections of kitchen areas and refrigerators to assess control systems and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain responsibility for upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, menu presentation, and hygiene are met in all branches.
- Guarantee customers receive prompt, efficient, and accurate service to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Open to Filipino, Algerian, Egyptian, Kazakh and Uzbek nationalities
- 30 years old and below
- Must have background experience from Abu Dhabi restaurants.
- Must have 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sous Chef in one of the prestigious cafés in the UAE.
- Good understanding of the local food culture and preferences in UAE incorporating traditional flavours into the menu.
- Must be HACCP certified - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
