Compliance Manager

Are you currently a Senior Compliance Officer seeking progression into a management role or an existing manager wishing to join a global investment organisation within the DIFC or ADGM? This well-established investment firm has a network of offices across the world and is seeking a Compliance Manager to support them with all regulatory and risk mitigation including DFSA and FSRA requirements. You will have proven expertise in all aspects of compliance, due diligence, policies and framework development and strict control to support our client as they continue to develop the business further across the region. This will include DIFC and ADGM jurisdictions and the DFSA and FSRA regulatory requirements, alongside the expected AML, SAR, PEP, anti- corruption & bribery, and whistleblowing policies. We expect that the successful candidate will constantly be aware of any legislative changes and educate others in the same and also support the senior team to help make executive decisions. Providing ongoing quality assurance monitoring and best practices, the Compliance Manager will take the lead in their field of expertise to conduct investigation reviews, in-depth reports and analysis and plan ahead where possible to ensure compliance audits are of an exceptionally high standard.

The ideal candidate for this role will be ACAMS accredited and degree educated. You will posses 5 years of compliance experience within the DIFC and ideally also the ADGM. Previously, you would have been the first point of contact for the afore mentioned regulatory bodies and therefore have excellent knowledge of the strict requirements and strong communication and stakeholder engaging capabilities. The working week of the Compliance Manager is expected to be split between the DIFC and ADGM locations, so flexibility to do so in a must.
