Job Summary

As an ePicker, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will work within a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring all orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves based on order tickets or digital instructions.
• Packing: Safely and efficiently pack items into boxes, ensuring they are well-protected for shipping.
• Inventory Management: Check inventory levels and restock shelves as needed. Report any discrepancies or damaged items.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and ensure that orders are completed accurately, with no missing or incorrect items.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of items picked, packed, and shipped. Update inventory and order systems as necessary.
• Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper use of equipment and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) preferred.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to [specify weight] lbs) and stand for long periods.
