* Develop and implement a robust learning and development strategy that drives employee performance and growth.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing L&D team, providing guidance and support in designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
* Manage the learning management system to ensure efficient and effective learning experiences.
* Oversee the learning and development budget, optimising resource allocation and vendor partnerships.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance learning programs.
