Job Description: Payroll Officer
➢ Develop and maintain process flow and procedures for payroll.
➢ Updating the relevant payroll data in the SAP
➢ Processing Payroll through SAP, creating transactional records for additions, overtime, air tickets, commissions, and deductions in the SAP.
➢ Creating WPS files, transfer letters, check list of payroll and accordingly submitting to finance dept. For further process
➢ Processing monthly salary payments of C3 card holders through C3 Edenred Payroll Portal.
➢ Preparing and posting accurate Journal Entries of Payroll transactions in the SAP system.
➢ Exit Process Management of entire group employees.
➢ Generating Annual Provision for Gratuity, Leave and Air passage for the Group.
➢ Advise employees on the company's HR policies, processes & procedures;
➢ Ensure timely processing of leave requests, air ticket requests etc through SAP HRMS.
➢ Integration of ESS portal with Mainstream SAP module for processing all related transactions for the automation of HR Processes.
➢ Responsible for MIS and analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits.
➢ Generate and review monthly costing report to ensure employees’ costs are allocated in the right cost centres.
➢ Calculate and process final settlement and ensure exit clearance requirements are completed.
➢ Handling Ad-hoc human resources projects of employee relations and analytics.
➢ Processing pension payment in coordination with finance for GPSSA.
➢ Responsible to answer the Payroll queries/reports from Internal Audits and External Audits for Audit Compliance.
➢ Monthly WPS status reconciliation in coordination with PR Team to avoid blockage of Labor File.
➢ Working continuously for the troubleshoot & enhancement of SAP Database & reports based on company’s requirements.
Skills
Payroll Officer Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management
- Bachelor’s Degree equivalent
- Human Resources with UAE experience is a must
- Experience in managing payroll of more than 600 employees.
- Familiar with UAE Labour laws.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency with payroll software and systems (e.g., Sap).
