Job Summary:
The Customer Officer is responsible for receiving and following-up any inquiry from clients to resolve their complaints and
process their requests in an effective and efficient manner helping also to develop any tool and implement a customer
service policy to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Receive the gas order to include it to the routes schedule for the daily follow- up.
- Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
- Send a copy of the order to the distribution department and coordinate daily with the drivers and helpers to confirm the delivery.
- Sign the gas supply agreement for the new subscribers.
- Meet with specialized companies to establish contact centers and search for company’s requirements that serve our business.
- Study and search ways to develop work and coordinate with the distribution department and the operations manager.
- Set an action plan for the 24/7 call center.
- Register the maintenance and installation comments and forward them to the concerned department.
- Check the contracts and send them to the concerned department.
- Prepare the expected consumption report after contacting the customer to avoid gas shortage and check the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare a team with full time schedule to cover 24 hours the customer’s request.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years proven experience as customer service or similar role
- Proficient command of the English language
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good Knowledge of customer relations
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a team
- Have good sense of judgment
- Good managerial skills.
