Job Description:
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who enters our office. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Basic receptionist experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
