Job Title: Logistics Co-ordinator

Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics.
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and maintain records of all logistics activities, including shipments, invoices, and costs.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain a positive relationship with carriers and vendors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
Knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving aptitude and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, e-commerce].
Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP).
