Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to enhance the appearance and protect the surfaces.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning surfaces.
Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired color and finish.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Ensure surfaces are covered evenly and meet the required standards of quality and appearance.
Protect furniture, floors, and other areas from paint splatters and spills by covering them with drop cloths or plastic sheeting.
Inspect painted surfaces to identify any imperfections and touch up as necessary.
Collaborate with other construction workers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project completion.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Keep up-to-date with the latest painting techniques and industry standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to mix and match paint colors and finishes.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in painting.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
