Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service, understanding their needs and market conditions, and implementing effective daily, weekly, and seasonal communication strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities to promote the company's products and services.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms to maximize business potential.
  • Manage inquiries with competitive pricing solutions.
  • Follow up on customer quotations to successfully close sales deals.
  • Process sales orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics team to send order confirmations and monitor shipment statuses alongside customer communications.
  • Gather and act on after-sales feedback from customers to enhance service delivery.

 

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the automotive or industrial parts sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in phone communications.
  • A collaborative team player dedicated to achieving results.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
