Secretary Requirements and Skills:

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

·        With Secretarial Certificate.

·        Ready mix experience is required.

·        Excellent computer literacy.

·        Excellent interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to multitask.

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Excellent time management skills.

·        Prior experience in administration would be advantageous.
