Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive menu plans aligned with client requirements, dietary restrictions, and cultural preferences.
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency in quality and portion sizes.
  • Manage and develop the culinary team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP protocols, and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, actively seeking feedback to continuously improve the culinary experience.

About the Client:

An industrial catering services company for a project in Neom.


Qualifications:

  • Open to European and South African nationalities
  • Male, 45 years old and below
  • At least 10 years of experience in a 5-star resort or cruise industry as Executive Chef
  • Experience in hotel background and managing high-end buffets is an advantage
  • HACCP and Food Safety Certification is a must
