Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Secretary role located in Ajman at Taif Al Emarat. The Secretary will be responsible for clerical tasks, company secretarial work, executive administrative assistance, handling customer service, and effective communication within the organization.


Qualifications

  • Clerical Skills and Company Secretarial Work expertise
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Customer Service orientation
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • With pleasing personality or good looking



Requirements

  • Living in Ajman, UAE
  • Language : Tagalog and English
  • Salary Range : 2500 AED to 3000 AED
