The Role

The role holder will be responsible for supporting the Tiles Export Sales Teams with their entire E2C Process. The processes include order management, sales & operations planning, co-ordination with the sales teams / client for shipment planning & dispatch support.


What you will be doing

  • Collaborating with Sales and Customer Advocacy departments on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for execution of orders; manage internal process as allocated, monthly S&OP.
  • Assist in preparing product and stock proposals and extend support in front end of the sales cycle.
  • Coordination with Product Innovation Team & Finance Team for Pricing Updation for New & Customized Products.
  • Proactively engaging in IT Developments and creating value for internal stakeholders.


What we are looking for

  • Someone who has managed sales operations on the planning side.
  • An exposure to order inflows and inventory management.
  • Experience in pricing strategies, pricing analysis and performance of new products.
  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills.


Our ideal match

  • Minimum 2– 3 years of experience Pricing Strategy and Analysis.
  • A degree in either Sales/ Marketing/ Supply Chain or Business Management.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP, MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Relationship management and continuous operational excellence.
