The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR operations, with a focus on Learning & Development, payroll, time and attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in employee welfare and engagement, new hire orientations, and HR administration. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT, with the ability to create presentations and data-driven reports. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be prepared to join within a month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute Learning & Development activities to support employee growth and development
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, leave management, and ensuring statutory compliance
- Lead initiatives related to employee welfare and engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT
- Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related needs and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
