HR Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our human resources team in delivering exceptional HR services. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Ensure all employee documentation is accurate and compliant with UAE labor laws.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training schedules.
  • Assist in the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
  • HR Administration:
  • Process employee benefits, leave requests, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate files and records.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Compliance and Regulations:
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with audits and prepare necessary documentation as required.
  • General Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and other HR-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or assistant role. Experience in the UAE is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus.
