We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented female candidate to join our team as Sales Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Customer Engagement: Approach potential customers to update them on company products, general pricelists, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Invoice Preparation: Prepare and send Proforma Invoices to customers for advance payments.
- Coordination: Liaise with customers and the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Order Processing: Prepare shipment files, finalize orders with the sales team, and coordinate with freight forwarders to process orders. Prepare delivery notes as needed.
- Stock Reconciliation: Conduct quarterly stock reconciliation across all GCC countries.
- Customs and VAT Monitoring: Track and monitor charges for customs duty and VAT.
- Credit Terms Management: Review customer credit terms and conduct necessary follow-ups.
- Payment Collection: Confirm payment collection with the sales and finance teams.
- Shipment Updates: Keep the sales team and customers informed about the progress of shipments.
- Account Management: Send updated statements of account to customers and follow up on payments.
- Reporting: Share daily sales reports with management.
Preference: Candidates with a spouse visa will be given preference.
