We are looking for an experienced Operation Supervisor to manage and coordinate the activities of our operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals.
Train, mentor, and manage the performance of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary materials and supplies.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports on operational performance, including KPIs and other metrics.
Communicate with management and other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Handle any operational issues that arise, resolving them promptly to minimize disruptions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Operation Supervisor or in a similar role within hospitality.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety and quality management systems.
