DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

  • Serve as the primary contact for team members and other internal/external stakeholders
  • Handling day-to-day General office administration, operational tasks, and internal coordination which includes:
  • Managing stationery distribution and maintaining stock levels.
  • Restocking pantry supplies on a regular basis (weekly/monthly).
  • Processing building access card applications.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms and office spaces are well-maintained.
  • Assist with the collection and delivery of company parcels.
  • Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Managing equipment and asset procurement, including sourcing, compiling quotations, allocation, and record-keeping.
  • Planning and organizing office activities, such as Wednesday Tea Breaks and team-building events, in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for members.



What we’re looking for candidate who are:

  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with office equipment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues
  • High accuracy in task execution and document management.
  • Able to identify and address issues promptly and effectively.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to contribute to the development and standardization of administrative processes and workflow optimization.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Willing to perform reception duties and be comfortable working at the reception counter.
