Responsibilities

  • Greets and welcomes visitors to the company
  • Answer telephone system for screening, transferring calls, responding to inquiries, and taking messages
  • Maintaining the office area neat and tidy.
  • Maintaining the office equipment/supplies in order and well-functioning for the company
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide support around the office


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in English (Communication & Written skills)
