Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about tour packages, pricing, and availability.
  • Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and booking confirmations to clients.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of tours and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and bookings.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing input on promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of local and international travel regulations and guidelines.
  • Getting new customers and selling our products
