Job Description:
This role is responsible for the roll-out of the local “in market” learning solutions & support the delivery & deployment of the “CoC” Trainings. The role
is directly involved in facilitation of learning solutions, partner with E&T and People Practices supporting the deployment of the related L&D solutions
as well as supporting functional capability deployment.
• Training Needs Analysis for the market contributing to the overall Market People Plan
• Roll-out of local MENA behavioral catalogue across training hubs
• Manage relationships with external vendors & benchmark offerings across MENA
• Support the regional delivery of the “Above The Market” Training portfolio
• Part of the regional/global community of Nestlé Trainers
• Provide input and expertise to the design and build of the «regionally adapted» above the market solutions (content, audience, facilitation
methodologies…) while providing the local context
• Facilitate learning solutions and/or support local SMEs to prepare and deliver their sessions
• Partner with functional E&T & support the deployment of the related L&D solutions
• Drive & support Functional competency development rollout plans for the market, setting associated governance & reporting
• Perform regular E&T and People Practices maturity checks to ensure the correct application of methods, coaching and knowledge sharing
• Support Talent Acquisition and local HR Services in the delivery of local Induction and on-boarding programs
• Collect & drive Rive-Reine training nominations process
Qualifications, Skills & Prior Work Experience:
• Arabic is a must; French is a big plus
• Proven ability to train and coach other trainers and SMEs
• Worked and implemented training plan or co created training content
• “Digital acumen”: ability to leverage the opportunities generated by the digital learning technologies
• Knowledge of experiential and business focused learning methodologies
• High level of communication and facilitation skills: concise and focused communication (simplify and synthetize the message...)
• Working under pressure on various and challenging demands
• Execution and effectiveness capabilities
• Capacity to “train the trainers” (Content/Subject experts)
