Conduct a comprehensive night audit using the hotel's System, to reconcile daily revenue streams.

- Verify and balance all revenue and settlement accounts meticulously, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

- Prepare detailed financial reports summarizing daily transactions, revenue breakdowns, and payment settlements

- Address guest inquiries and concerns related to billing discrepancies or financial matters promptly and professionally, providing clear explanations and resolutions.

- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, including night audit reports, occupancy logs, incident summaries, and inventory records, facilitating seamless communication and information sharing across departments.

- Assist in Monthly stock count for inventory management processes, monitoring stock levels of essential supplies and amenities, and initiating replenishment orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

- Collaborate effectively with the incoming shift and other hotel departments, communicating pertinent information, addressing handover responsibilities, and facilitating a smooth transition of operational tasks.

Skills

Bachelor's degree (Hospitality Management or Accounting preferred)

- Experience in night audit procedures, guest services, and security within the hospitality industry for 2 years

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in relevant hotel systems, including Win Cloud, accounting software, and security tools

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts
