Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Management:
- Project Oversight: Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with engineering plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of construction tasks.
2. Technical Duties:
- Design Implementation: Review and interpret engineering drawings and plans to ensure accurate execution of civil works.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
3. Health and Safety:
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Risk Management: Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
4. Project Documentation:
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of construction progress, including daily reports, site photographs, and quality control documentation.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers and senior engineers, highlighting any issues or delays.
5. Problem Solving:
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise on-site, coordinating with relevant parties to find effective solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site management and construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations.
