House Manager

  • Manage and organize the employer’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, responding on behalf of the employer as appropriate.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Manage contacts and ensure that the employer is informed of important communications.
