Job Overview : We are a leading auditing, tax, and bookkeeping office seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer - Audit Director to lead our audit division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in auditing, compliance, and financial reporting, along with a strong leadership background. This role requires strategic oversight, management of audit teams, and ensuring that all auditing activities meet the highest professional standards. Additionally, the CEO - Audit Director should have a proven ability to attract new clients to the firm through established networks and relationships, driving growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the audit department, including planning, execution, and delivery of audit services to a wide range of clients.
  • Develop and implement auditing strategies to ensure compliance with local and international standards and regulations.
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define the strategic direction of the company and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Leverage existing relationships and networks to attract new clients and expand the firm's portfolio.
  • Ensure continuous professional development of audit team members through training and mentorship.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance on financial and compliance matters.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Represent the firm in industry forums, conferences, and client meetings, positioning the firm as a leader in the field of auditing and compliance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; A Master's degree or relevant certifications (eg, CPA, CA, ACCA) are preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in auditing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of UAE regulatory environment, IFRS, and other relevant financial standards.
  • Proven track record in managing audit teams, delivering high-quality audit services, and bringing in new clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and foster client relationships.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of work.

Compensation : Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses, along with other benefits.
