Logistics Coordinator

Scarlett Poppies is a fast-growing ready-to-wear and resort wear brand. Founded by Linda Augustsson who is the Creative Director, produced in India with mindful production and crafted with Artisans. The brand is sold globally with our head office in Dubai. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai and report to the CEO.


We are looking for a candidate who has similar experience to the job responsibilities below to join our team and set new process and procedures. Ultimately driving the logistics department to achieve new goals and KPIs for B2C and B2B. The right candidate will be responsible for end to end of all parts of the logistics process, this includes exporting production from India and importing to both our warehouses in Denmark and the US. Ensuring on time deliveries to all B2B globally customers with clear communication with our Customer Service / Accounting team. Managing all B2C daily orders and driving best practice for the next phase of the brands growth.

Key responsibilities:


·      Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

·      Demonstrate strong analytical and data-driven capabilities, working comfortably with quantitative figures.

·      Monitor and ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.

·      Oversee operations of the US and Denmark warehouses, ensuring optimal processes for all shipments.

·      Ensure accurate and timely documentation of warehouse transactions and inventory management.

·      Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.

·      Utilize logistics and warehouse management software to track and manage inventory and shipments.

·      Address and resolve logistics-related issues that impact customer satisfaction.

·      Find solutions and create best practices for the next phase of the business

·      Manage our CRM system for all orders and ensure clear process in place

·      Create process within CRM system for management of inventory across both warehouses





Experience and Qualifications Required:

·       2-4 years of experience in Operations/Logistics, preferably within a fashion or similar brand.

·      Familiarity with Shopify, Traede, or similar warehouse systems.

·      Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

·      Proficiency in technology and software systems used in operations management, such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and logistics platforms.

·      Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.

·      Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
