Guest Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Operations Specialist to manage and enhance the day-to-day operations of our holiday homes portfolio. This role involves ensuring all properties meet our quality standards, coordinating with various teams for maintenance and guest services, and providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of holiday homes to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and are ready for guest arrivals.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and other service teams to address any issues or improvements needed in the properties.
  • Manage inventory checks and ensure all amenities are well-stocked and in good condition.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints and operational challenges to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of property conditions, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies across all properties.
  • Support the onboarding process for new properties, including set-up and preparation for guest use.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or outside regular business hours as needed.
