Job Description:
To provide administrative support for the staff accommodation and assist the Accommodation Supervisor with general functions as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise upkeep of premises, including pest control, conduct spot and emergency cleaning necessary as and when required, ensure that the lighting and heating systems, and all other furniture and fixtures, are in good working condition.
- Supervise meal services ensuring that food is prepared in hygienic conditions, as per agreed menu and standards, maintain records of meals served, invoices, distribution of meal coupons and attend to complaints.
- Manage staffs check-in / check-out process, provide welcome packs, and ensure that the living quarters and common areas, including recreation and prayer room, are clean and up to the prescribed ATG standards.
- Receive staff logs relating to maintenance of apartment and furniture/appliances, log all maintenance complaints with the landlord or Service Supplier, escalate to
- Accommodation Supervisor where necessary, follow up till action is done, accompany Technician while work is being done and provide feedback as and when necessary.
- Act as the conduit between the Management / Accommodation Supervisor and the staff living at the accommodation for all accommodation related maintenance and upkeep issues.
- Provide handy man services for the accommodation as and when required
Qualifications, Skills and Prior Work Experience:
Graduate in any discipline with around 4 plus years of experience in similar role.
