PA to CEO

The ideal candidate will have prior experience reporting to C-Suite, acting as the point of contact for the CEO, and being the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the executive’s calendars, including making appointments and prioritising the most sensitive matters.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Reading and analysing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
  • Maintaining an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Upholding a strict level of confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 2-3 Years experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • A background in project management or office administration is advantageous.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
