HR Manager Business Partner

EKFC is currently seeking a dedicated HR Manager Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with leading the development and implementation of our People Strategy, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver impactful HR solutions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring efficient daily operations across the HRBP function by providing people management and development support related to strategies, initiatives, and challenges. Key Result Areas:


1. Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritise and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes.

2. Develop the annual HR Plan in partnership with the business and HR functions, ensuring cross collaboration and support is given in achieving the plan.

3. Lead the HRBP function in delivering organisational design, annual manpower budgets, and business case proposals through clear communication plans and effective stakeholder management.

4. Provide business insights in alignment with stakeholders to ensure all solutions proposed via the HRBP function are tailored to address business needs (e.g. structure vs cultural change required), the employee experience and our value proposition.

5. Provide inputs on strategic HR direction and performance. Measure and understand success of HR policies and procedures in the business to ensure that concerned HR functions are updated based on business needs and changes.

6. Support change management as it relates to structures, teams and people processes through professional project management and ensure to review the success of change initiatives to validate the business impact.

7. Support the development and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of the employee experience. This includes reviewing and benchmarking effective channels of communication for the employee group, supporting leaders to improve communication with their people.

8. Design and monitor relevant people objectives and metrics to support actions and measure effectiveness associated improvements.

9. Lead the definition of talent needs and company succession planning to forecast and plan workforce and talent requirements in line with the function or business strategy.

10. Support the definition and drive improvements in performance culture in line with corporate principles, work with leaders to translate department strategic goals into meaningful outputs that contribute to business results.

11. Lead all people related recognition scheme creation and implementation to motivate and reward high performers, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement.

12. Act as an ambassador for the HR Business Partner model, actively improving standards to highlight the benefits of the model for all stakeholders. Support the effective delivery of a high performing HR services and initiatives, through the further development of the HR Business Partners, ensuring that the high standards within the team are developed and maintained.


Job Context:

The ideal candidate is required to have a clear understanding of HR Policy and Procedures of the Company as well as keeping abreast of best practices. Understanding of various provisions and sections of UAE Labour Law is essential to assist the Line Manager to effectively resolve HR related issues.


Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:


Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR, CIPD is desirable.

Experience & Knowledge:

- Minimum 7 years’ experience leading HR business partner strategies and managing the provision of services related to performance management, employee engagement, and change management.

- Experience gained within a large organisation and must have led a team overseeing a range of HR initiatives and services.
