Job Description:

• Overhaul, improve and maintain the standard reports and image libraries
• Lead the report delivery across the buildings business
• Carry out the preparation of reports with technical input from the technical teams
• Act as a project resource, completing allocated activities to meet budget, timeframe and quality objectives and meeting or exceeding client
• expectations.
• Liaise with Project Managers/Team leaders and clients to ensure effective communication on project matters.
• Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design or solution.

Qualifications, Skills and Prior Work Experience:

• Expert user of Indesign
• Expert user of Microsoft Word to create standard image libraries and links into documents
• Experience of using sharepoint and document control platforms such as Aconex
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Must have experience working on fast-track projects, whilst ensuring all works are compliant with the company’s and project’s health, safety and
• environments objectives.
• Must have good time management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have at least 6 years’ experience working in a similar role on building projects.
• The ideal candidate holds an Academic or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline.
