Rani Refreshments is looking to build a talented, high performance marketing team and culture and the new Marketing Manager will play a key role in this. We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead one of the biggest brands in our portfolio and champion the growth agenda of a key category for the business.

A change leader and influencer, this role will set the agenda, inspire the organization and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results.

Main responsibilities


  • Deliver double digit branded and share growth
  • Lead the strategic planning process for a key growth brand (3 Year Strategic Growth Plan, Annual Business & Brand Plans and Business Reviews) ensuring it is robust and consumer validated.
  • Develop consumer led marketing programs with insight, validation and creative excellence to drive brand and business performance.
  • Create a renovation and innovation strategy via understanding our consumer, market and business. Lead commercialization of new innovation platforms through evaluation and financial assessment of the operational/manufacturing footprint across the business
  • Collaborate strategically with cross functional teams on the marketing planning process ensuring the delivery of superior consumer centric renovation innovation.
  • Coach, motivate and lead a high performing team.
  • Manage and harness agency relationships through partnership, inspiration, positive challenge and collaboration to get to world class, effective work


Key Capabilities


  • A key leadership role, with a task to accelerate this growth, we are looking for an energetic and passionate Manager who can think independently, take responsibility, lead the agenda and ignite the organization behind a growth agenda.
  • Demonstrated success in analyzing and understanding insights and data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven track record of delivering branded growth through highly effective consumer insight, brand understanding and end to end execution – insight to world class campaigns, innovation and activation.
  • A clear ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels.


Qualifications

  • Classically trained marketer with experience leading end to end execution (consumer to shopper).
  • 10+ years of blue-chip experience in FMCG marketing with ideally 5+ years in a global or regional role.
  • People management experience is preferred.
