Receptionist/Front Desk[Arabic Speaker]

Responsibilities

  • Managing the front of house reception area, meeting and greeting clients in a courteous and welcoming manner.
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing documents, electronic mails and maintaining proper records.
  • Responsible for handling confidential documents
  • Answering all incoming calls/ outgoing calls and re-routing them to the relevant departments
  • Handle day to day operations
  • Manage and update office systems/files.
  • Communicate with suppliers and other external people to help operations team.
  • Management of company software/operating systems.
  • Managing Cheques/petty cash
  • Raising and tracking purchasing orders
  • Invoicing
  • Cost comparison for corporate events/requirements.
  • Assisting in ad-hoc tasks if necessary


Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of receptionist experience in UAE
  • Experience in handling confidential documents
  • Good experience with computers, operating system, scheduling of calendar events.
