YOUR MISSION
As a
E-Business Manager, you will be assisting the
UAE Country General Manager and the E-Business Development Manager in elevating and maintaining our e-com and e-retail business.
Your Main Assignment Will Be Focused On
Maintain brand image leadership across UAE online platforms (E-com & E-retail)
- Support the global ambition to make Dior.com the #1 window of the Maison through a perfect execution of brand guidelines
- Create close relationships with local e-retailers to negotiate premium e-trade visibility
- Manage local KCP calendars with appropriate merchandising and gifting strategy adapted to the channel (E-com or E-retail)
- Ensure local launch timings of novelties according to the marketing calendar, ensuring perfect adaptation of the central and regional e-merchandising guidelines for both E-com & E-retail
- Support regional team in implementing the regional development roadmap for E-commerce to enhance UX
Monitor and drive E-Business performance
- Track UAE E-business sales performance through relevant reports & dashboards and feed management and regional team with findings and action plan
- Monitor & Analyze Dior.com KPIs through GA360 and suggest action plan
- Closely monitor local competition on both E-com and E-retail to understand Best Practices
Be the business partner for local e-commerce operations stakeholders
- Be the business partner for Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT and Finance Teams
- Support the warehouse through identifying pain points in the operations, suggesting improvements to enhance processes and organizing trainings
- Lead local operations enhancement projects in regards to last mile & delivery, payment providers, etc
Enforce the Omnichannel strategy of the market
- store-to web projects with Retail team (E-bookings, E-reservations, Click & Collect)
- Work closely with local Client Development team to monitor E-commerce clients' satisfaction and ensure their retention and upgrade
- Oversee customer service operations for the UAE market across all channels to ensure a coherent omnichannel experience for UAE clients
Who You Are
- English (fluent written and spoken) and French is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years in e-retail luxury beauty
- Market knowledge and trend awareness.
- Genuine interest for cosmetic and luxury industry.
- Curiosity and open mindedness.
- Digital savvy and computer tools competent
