Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Mabani Heights Real Estate in Dubai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls with etiquette, communication tasks, executive administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills.


Qualifications


  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical Skills proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certifications are a bonus
  • Salary between 4k to 6k depends on the experience and the interview
