Supply Chain Coordinator

Evernex - UAE - Dubai

The MEA supply chain coordinator is in charge of MEA region on different levels – with a first main focus to standardize processes of the different entities across MEA.

  • Implementation of contracts and stock coverage forecasts
  • Inbound and outbound orders management (solving issues with customs / partners if any )
  • Share best practices with local teams and control the outcomes (escalating at higher level when necessary )
  • Plan and execute yearly stock inventories
  • Manage reverse logistics projects
  • Assist OPS teams and Sales teams for launching new projects / contracts
  • Assist Tendering teams in order to unblock possible new business within the region MEA
  • The supply chain coordinator will work closely with the MEA Supply Chain Manager to execute the department tasks.


Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service teams and Demand planning department.
  • Analyze asset portfolio and design stock to allocate in order to deliver maintenance activity.
  • Design default spare list for the generic cases/assets
  • Design specific list of spares in case of log or specific assets (network )
  • Review inventory position and analyze inventory needs across assigned suppliers/locations.
  • Collaborate closely with the demand planning department in order to optimize and accelerate stock usage at warehouse.
  • Ensure no stock out at warehouse level.
  • Understand basic principles of supplier lead time, inventory days on hand, demand variability and forecasting.
  • Coordinating the supply chain to support program of delivery, in close cooperation with the internal departments of the company, coordinators, the financial department and vendors.
  • Interact with operations team to manage inventory position and scheduling.


Job requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain coordination, logistics with a focus on customs and international shipments and supply chain coordination
  • Able to understand and anticipate issues related to specific areas
  • Experience working on ERP software (SAP is a plus ) and Excel
