The Off Plan and Secondary Market Broker position in Dubai, UAE, offers an exciting opportunity for real estate professionals looking to thrive in a dynamic market. Brokers will engage with clients to facilitate property transactions, providing expert guidance and support throughout the buying process. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape, enabling them to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through networking and referrals.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the off-plan and secondary property markets.
  3. Assist clients in understanding property options, pricing, and financing options.
  4. Negotiate property sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
  5. Provide clients with regular updates on market conditions and new listings.
  6. Organize and conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
  7. Collaborate with developers and property owners to facilitate smooth transactions.
  8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  9. Stay informed about local regulations and compliance requirements in real estate transactions.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales techniques.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven track record in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan and secondary markets.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Strong networking abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
  4. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
  7. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends.
  8. Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools.
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  10. Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.


Salary: AED. 8000*/High commission
