Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through networking and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the off-plan and secondary property markets.
- Assist clients in understanding property options, pricing, and financing options.
- Negotiate property sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
- Provide clients with regular updates on market conditions and new listings.
- Organize and conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
- Collaborate with developers and property owners to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about local regulations and compliance requirements in real estate transactions.
