RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise, train, and schedule staff members including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and address any issues or disciplinary actions.
Customer Service:
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints or concerns.
Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure the smooth flow of service and that all areas are properly staffed and stocked.
