Commis 3
Reports to Head Baker
As a Commis III you are responsible for preparing orders in coordination with your team and supervisor by meeting the set standard and qualities along with below key responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities:
· Support the Demi Chef De Partie or Commis I in the daily operation work.
· To maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas including refrigerators & freezers.
· Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors.
· Reports any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.
· Ensure consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products.
· To be fully familiar with all local Food Hygiene and HACCP guidelines as per Dubai Municipality.

Skills
Experience requirement:
· Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar industry
· Proficiency in both verbal and written English
Qualification and Licenses requirement:
· High School Certificates/Diploma
· Undergraduate Degree
