We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will ensure our office runs smoothly by keeping it organized, clean, and operationally efficient, while also providing key administrative support. Job Description

  • Preparing and serving tea, coffee, beverages for employees & visitors
  • Collecting and cleaning crockery and cutlery after use
  • Cleaning and maintaining office, warehouse, kitchen & bathrooms including equipment
  • Organising store room and monitor stock levels
  • Monitoring drinks and other consumables
  • Ordering soft drinks and other consumables at supermarket
  • Replenishing fridges with drinks
  • Assisting reception with administrative tasks
  • Assisting with deliveries
  • Assisting the administration department

Qualifications

  • School Certificate
  • Hospitality experience
  • Ideally: Administration and cleaning experience
  • Polite and service oriented
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of cleanliness
  • Good communication skills
