  • Maintain high standards of service by addressing guest feedback, ensuring consistent delivery of luxury dining experiences, and upholding the restaurant’s reputation.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to meet revenue goals while optimizing profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as any licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 40 years old and below
  • At least 5 years of experience on the similar role
  • Preferably someone with a wide network/connection who can bring their own guest profiles.
  • Should have strong personnel management experience, knowing how to handle people, not just operations
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
