Job Title: Warehouse Assistant Operations Manager

A leading company in the GCC based in Dubai, seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Assistant Operations Manager to assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, and leading a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Coordinate and optimize inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners and manage logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems (LMT & OMT) to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
• Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance and implement improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with other departments (e-commerce, procurement, sales) to ensure seamless coordination and support for warehouse activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL logistics, e-commerce, inbound and outbound operations.
• Experience with inventory management systems (LMT & OMT) and warehouse management software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various departments and external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
